I walk 10mi a day for work 4x a week but this wrecked me! I'm laid off and needing to keep my exercising up and in just 20 min this had me pouring sweat and weak in the knees! Wow. I love body fit by amy, I've followed her for a few years now. Shes the best! Thank you amy!

I love this workout! I do this one a lot when I only have a short space of time, but it gets me every time! I decided to go with a lighter kettlebell today as I'd done an hour exercise yesterday and wasn't feeling quite as strong!

I love your workouts, they have finally made me realise there's no need for hours of cardio! But I must admit, whenever I feel like doing a "shorter, lighter workout" instead of full 35-40 minute one, I always get tricked into basically 40 minutes of work cramped in 20 minutes and I end up regretting not clicking on a longer one :D

I decided to do this workout last night and my two kids joined in .They had a blast and it wore them out and 1 day post workout my glutes are pretty sore ! Great quick and effective cardio workout !!!

Hi Amy! This was amazing! But I get a really bad spasm and liwer back ache first 10 mins into the workout. I'm using 8 kg kettlebell but switched to a 5kg dumbell after the pain. I'm keeping my core tight and back straight. What am I doing wrong?

I managed to do 12 minutes on the first try ;) its my first time with kettlebell - so i hope it getas batter. But with 12kg its quite challenging
