I really enjoyed this format! On the mat working xtra core I LOVED IT and the flow was perfect it went by so fast but felt so good. We need more Pilates active recovery like this. Thank-u Amy!😊

This is an amazing workout! I love pilates and how you don't always break a full sweat but you seriously feel your muscles work, every fibre of them

Love, love. love this. Amy always brings variety but this one felt different. Focus on the core with SO much instruction and cues, new moves. Perfect for just about any fitness level. Mixed in with some good stretching... awesome recovery day workout. Thank you!!

This was THE best ab workout! It felt so slow and focused and I think it really helped me grow in my ability to think about what my abs were doing the whole time. But then I was sore (not in a gross achy way but like “wow I felt that workout!”) for two whole days! It is my new favourite core workout.

After RSV completely recked my consistency, I have been having a hard time getting back in the groove. This workout was sooo perfectly timed as I am sore and it made me realize how much I really miss working on my core. As always, I feel amazing after this workout and am looking forward to trying to catch up!!😅 Thank you Amy!!

I broke my ankle and for two months I could only do mat workouts. This one is my favorite! Please do some more mat workouts 🙏: they are greate for recovering from injuries and feeling better also mentally ❤❤
