here thanks to that guy from TikTok. 4 mins in and started feeling really intense involuntary contraction all over my abdomen. I stopped and it went away. I told myself id stop for now and pick back up tomorrow. Noticed that my low back felt extremely loose and felt really good overall. can't imagine how ill feel once im able to get through the whole thing

Thank you so much for your videos. I stopped doing yoga about 2 months ago Lately because of a stressful work situation I have been getting upset with my daughter over little things. Last night she cried because she thinks I am always anger at her. I told her that yoga used to help me relieve lots of stress and she said "Do yoga everyday and stop getting mad at me." I started doing yoga this morning and I am never going to stop. I never want to make my daughter cry like that again. I owe you guys so much. When I get my finances in order I definitely will purchase your DVD's. God bless and love to both of you.

I had abdominal surgery in september and have a big, 15 cm vertical scar on my belly. I do your pilates videos to help strengthen my core and upper body after being inactive since my surgery, its really helping and this was a video that I used to do before surgery.

I lost my 26 year old son to a traffic accident over a year ago he was my Surfer boy he even was in a tournament at Cocoa Beach after that I totally stopped Pilates I just didn't care. But now I don't go a day without doing one of your videos please don't stop making them! And thanks!

The positive conversation really helped man!
