Thanks Amy! I'm doing this as part of your postnatal fitness programme, but I wish it had been there when I had my miscarriage two years ago. So I wanted to say thank you very much for recognizing that experience as part of a fitness journey, because it can be really lonely to not be needing to do prenatal workouts anymore, but finding postnatal workouts very upsetting. I am 8 weeks postpartum and plus sized woman who has never really enjoyed working out but after being diagnosed with postpartum anxiety last week I decided to try moving my body to help me manage my anxiety better. I am so glad I stumbled upon your channel. You are so positive and I love how real you are. These workouts are the highlight of my day now. Thank you so much for creating them.

I was just cleared last week to return to regular activities 6-weeks postpartum from having twins via c-section and this was my first workout. I've done your pregnancy workouts with all of my babies (because I LOVE them) but this was the first time I've done a postpartum one and it was perfect! Just what I needed to feel rejuvenated and excited about working out again.

Only weightloss and time will help saggy skin - so yea kinda, but not really.
