Your DR workouts helped me regain my core again after 3 kids and helped me be even stronger than I was before kids. Now I'm recovering after my fourth C-section and am confident I can get my core back again. I appreciate how informed and appropriate your workouts are - safe, yet not too easy, and so adaptable. You actually made me cry. You get what it's like to be a mama and how to recover emotionally and regain strength on this amazing yet difficult journey. Hi Amy. Thanks for this wonderful postnatal Cardio and Core workout. I did it even though I way past postnatal (34 years ago) since my third c-section, but it was such a lovely way to get the core strong and stretched by strengthening the back. I will be doing this one again and again. I followed this with your 12 Minute Quick HIIT and then your Core Workout for Lower Back Pain which felt marvelous.

Thank you Amy, I'm newly post partum here, and your comment about how it's hard to make time to invest in yourself is hard, but you're here, you did it pretty much made me cry. Being a momma is no joke, and making time to build up our bodies, which also helps us mentally/emotionally is so hard to do, but so good when we can do it. Thanks again Amy.

Hi Amy, I don’t know if you still read the comments. I wanted to thank you! I discovered your exercises during my 2nd pregnancy. It helped me so so much to stay in shape with the pandemic. Even in postpartum I was able to “ repair” my diastase recti. Then life made a sort that I had to stop workouts. Now I am back and you always have the perfect intensity in your workouts. And thank you for all the pep talk:)💛

Hi Amy thank you for such a fantastic workout. I’ve been recovering from a bulged disc 2 months ago, and this was a brilliant first workout with all of the great core stretches that are great for back recovery also. Absolutely brilliant thank you so much, it was the perfect level to give me confidence to recover.

Wonderful, I am 8 months postpartum, and although am higher impact, I still LOVE doing all exercises and I am hoping we can get more postpartum exercise. Love it😀❤️❤️

After my 1 year c-section can i do this? By the way i really follow your video before my due date unfortunately the baby was very big even it is full open already😅thats why i end up c-section procedure.
