I so appreciate your honesty…I’m a trained yoga teacher who doesn’t get on the mat as much as I should now that I’m not teaching regular classes (the pandemic did away with that!), but your transparency about your own yoga journey helps me to let go of judgment of myself and just practice. I now have a yoga day every single Tuesday during quarantine and this is the workout that I do. I think of yoga as very relaxing, but I am also trying to work out. This is the perfect yoga workout to do because it has relaxing movements and strengthening movements. Thank you, Amy! You do well even if you think that you mess up!

Not bad for a different yoga video, instead of using a yoga DVD, which I had started to earlier today. I do have several yoga DVDs at home, but I first became aware of BodyFit by Amy's KZbin channel when my mom introduced it to me. She had begun to exercise with Amy's videos instead of a workout DVD.

Vind het heel leuk om te doen. Doe vaker workouts maar nooit zo veel reclames tussendoor gehad. Waarom reclame tijdens yoga. Snap dat reclame geld oplevert. Maar gewoon 3 tot 4x op een yoga van 25 min. Zo heeft yoga geen zin. Totaal niet relax. I really enjoy doing it. Do workouts more often but never had so many commercials in between. Why advertising during yoga. Understand that advertising makes money. But 3 to 4 times on a yoga of 25 min. Its makes no sense. Not relaxed at all.
