I so appreciate your honesty…I’m a trained yoga teacher who doesn’t get on the mat as much as I should now that I’m not teaching regular classes (the pandemic did away with that!), but your transparency about your own yoga journey helps me to let go of judgment of myself and just practice. Thank you!

I now have a yoga day every single Tuesday during quarantine and this is the workout that I do. I think of yoga as very relaxing, but I am also trying to work out. This is the perfect yoga workout to do because it has relaxing movements and strengthening movements. Thank you, Amy! You do well even if you think that you mess up!

Haven’t done this one in a few weeks.. but oh how I needed it!! Can tell I need to do it more often! Thankyou Amy for giving us such a wonderful collection of diverse workouts!!! You have such a calming voice , this one really helps to relax while we stretch!!!🥰

I know how important stretching is and Yoga always feels great for body and mind, but I definitely do it way too seldom. You motivated me to start doing it again on a regular basis! Thank you for all Engagement 🙏🍀🙏

This was great!! Thankyou! I did your dumbbell tabata yesterday - an awesome work out video! so I needed a lighter day today. Thank you for saying we don't need to worry about how we look as we change poses. I wasn't graceful, but still able to get the stretch and relaxation that I needed.

Not bad for a different yoga video, instead of using a yoga DVD, which I had started to earlier today. I do have several yoga DVDs at home, but I first became aware of BodyFit by Amy's KZbin channel when my mom introduced it to me. She had begun to exercise with Amy's videos instead of a workout DVD.

I just tried this one, as I usually do your kettlebell workouts, and loved it! Not too advanced, so I felt accomplished, relaxed, and loose afterwards!

@@BodyFitByAmy LOVED IT! I did box and flow yesterday and this one today. It's so nice because, as you know, I'm no good at yoga and this was simple to follow. And I was shocked because I was sweating at the end!

Hey Amy, you should try doing Jillian Michaels yoga melt down work out. It more of an aerobic yoga flow. Maybe that would be more your style.

Vind het heel leuk om te doen. Doe vaker workouts maar nooit zo veel reclames tussendoor gehad. Waarom reclame tijdens yoga. Snap dat reclame geld oplevert. Maar gewoon 3 tot 4x op een yoga van 25 min. Zo heeft yoga geen zin. Totaal niet relax. I really enjoy doing it. Do workouts more often but never had so many commercials in between. Why advertising during yoga. Understand that advertising makes money. But 3 to 4 times on a yoga of 25 min. Its makes no sense. Not relaxed at all.
