Amy thank you so much for these post partum workouts - I feel like I can do them and feel great after! Other programs made me feel like I couldn't even get past the first 5 minutes and were taught by people who never even had a baby! So important to actually have HAD a baby and know exactly how other women feel post partum. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!! 💖

Love the exercises. But I just wish it were slower to avoid spasm or over stretching trying to go at your pace
