These 3 circuits were a humbling experience and I am so glad I pushed myself to do it today (on a Sunday no less, my laziest day every week). My two young kids came out on the porch to watch me and I used that time to model self-care and explain to them why I’m out here sometimes. Once I got my coordination figured out - always the hardest part of cardio for me - I ***fell in love*** with the kick-punch reps. Those are so much fun! And now I’m energized for the rest of the day. Thank you, Amy 💪🏼🙌🏼
