Stuck at home during the coronavirus?
Keep others and your loved ones safe by staying at home, but don't just sit around and watch the world crumble. Instead get off your ass and workout! Even though we can't get to the gym during the coronavirus, we can stay active and healthy. This is a full body workout that you can do at home with minimal equipment. All you need is a chair, a sturdy broomstick and a chin-up bar (optional). Level 1 is for Beginners who are new to working out or have some training experience.
Perform this workout for at least 4 weeks before moving on to Level 3.
