When a company that was built on quality, ignores merit and competencies but follows DEI WAY TO MUCH... result is this... Merit makes a man/woman and in return they make the company.. Bowing did hiring 92% based off of DEI... and also promotion... thus has been reflecting in their quality of work... when you give importance to color then skills... result is pretty evident.... answer to this is MERIT.... find merit in DEI hiring if you reconsidering that...
