They need to make sure the workers feel like they’re being paid what they’re worth. Which can’t happen in Seattle because you need 200k a year to buy a house in Seattle. They need to move manufacturing. Which would actually be better for the workers if they moved too.

It should be pointed out that the engineers who design Boeing planes are not on strike. They belong to a different union from the one which is on strike. The union which is on strike is a blue collar union whose members range from janitors to assembly line workers.
