That sounds really, really good. Thanks for spending the time putting together a quality video of this channel...pretty much neglected so far here on demo vids.

Thanks, I just ordered 1. Need something inspiring, yet can cover the usual covers.

Have you tried diming the green channel's volume and using the gain knob to set your volume? It's not quite as warm and fat, but the top end clarity and articulation with that setting--especially with Pre-EQ set at B1 or B2--is absolutely unreal. Almost spanky if you want it to be. This amp is really something special.

No, I’ve never tried that. Have to check it out. #checkonetwo

I heard this amp from another room at a guitar center and it drew me into the room.

Thanks for putting this together. Most appreciated. Does the "Boost" also work for the Green Channel? I would love to hear some funky/slight breakup tones from the Green channel. Everything you played is very light tough and arpeggiated parts on the green channel (which is great) - just looking to see how dirty the Green can get. And of course, if the Boost works (and what that sounds like).

I think it only works on 2 & 3.

In my three-ish months of owning this amp, overdrive can be difficult to coax out of the green channel unless you crank the gain and volume to animal-killing levels. The gain knob more fattens the tone, so the green channel won't do a bright, chimey/jangley edge of breakup thing. To get in that ballpark, I usually run the blue channel with Pre-EQ at B1 and gain at a bit above 9 a.m., and roll my guitar volume down just a bit to take the edge off; even then, it's more of a hairy "Plexi clean" rather than something like a Vox or Matchless. For choppy funk, though, I usually do the green channel with Pre-EQ at B1, volume dimed, and gain as my "master volume."

A good clean for a 3 channel amp but not at the level of a Goldfinger. It would have been the perfect amp.

If that amp really sounds as shitty as you make it sound, then good night Bogner...!
