I love the 80ies dress. Looks a little bit like it was inspired from the 30ies or 40ies, kind of double vintage :-) And it is really a perfect fit. From all of the dresses, I like the blue one with the little flowers the most. It is so laid back, but at the same time special through all the details and I am a big fan of details in the same fabric, this is more subtle than added lace or buckles etc.

I used to have a dress similar to the bright pink one with the peplum ... however, the peplum was not as long as yours and, as I recall, the dress zipped up the back ... I really like the length and style of your peplum; especially how it dips to a point in the back ... and the bow belt is such a nice detail.

Hi from the UK. I enjoy watching your videos. Have you ever watched the 'great British sewing bee'? It's a uk bbc tv programme about sewing which you might find on the internet, on the bbciplayer. They make clothing from all eras and you might find it interesting. They made 80s clothes a couple of weeks ago, very like your red dress with the peplum.

The red 80’s dress has what’s called a ‘peplum’ skirting. I had a suit that was skirt and jacket and the jacket had a peplum skirting attached to it.😉

Looking beautiful in all those gorgeous dresses Elise 🥰 There’s a clothing shop franchise here in Australia and online that specialise in retro 50’s, 60’s & 70’s inspired pieces called Dangerfield . Their other labels are called Princess Highway and Revival. Check them out when you get a chance as I have a feeling you’d be interested. You can find great bargains on eBay also!

You are selling to a unique market. Nobody here in the UK would go out dressed in those 80/90 styles ..It was a terrible era for fashion. Stick with the Boho look, with a few vintage 40/50's accessories thrown in. Xx
