Hi Karin, your powder room is amazing. After seeing this, I am almost ready to pull out all the tiles from mine and replace them with a bold wallpaper like yours. Great work. Your kitchen cabinets are really stunning, I have always been afraid of dark kitchen cabinetry, but you were able to keep yours visually interesting and still have your kitchen feel light. Love it.

Karin, you have done a spectacular job here. Aside from the kitchen, which is an Oscar winner by itself, I would say I am most impressed by the fireplace....the new placement is so right, it gives the room such a cosy vibe, and ir’s a sleek and interesting addition on that marvellous black wall, three cheers for that!, Back to the kitchen I think I commented on that in an earlier vid. The combination of black with the marble and the natural wood is an inviting and edgy combo. Three thumbs up from here. YOU DA BEST....

Its so hard to pick a favorite feature. Its all so layered and full of personality. The powder room is so awesome, it looks like its could be for a restaurant. It has a lot of different elements in it but it doesnt clash at works. It all looks so good together. So excited for the next episode of bohnafide.

Karin, this is gorgeous! I think your kitchen is so chic. Most people are so afraid to go dark, but I love the balance you created with the light floors. The light is not lost. The powder room is definitely a wow factor. My favorite thing though is the doors. I love those doors! They are so fashionable and the attention to detail with the hardware is perfect. Great job! You're an incredible designer with a great eye for style and detail.

I really like how the oval map on the wall is reflective of the oval shape in your dining table. I love love all the marble you used in your home and so many different colors of marble. Fabulous job Karin!👌🏻 Love it all. I also love my F&P Dishdrawers - *tip to stop the beeping* - we always ‘lock’ the screen, both after we have turned the dishdrawer on, & we then unlock it after we have unpacked it to reset it back to off, & lock it again once you have done that & filled the detergent drawer ready for the next load - then it doesn’t beep at you every time you open it to load dishes. 😁 To lock you hold the lock button down for around 3 seconds, & same again to unlock.

Fabulous! So beautiful! If I look really hard for what I would improve then I would lift up the plant in the dining room corner (that you didn't mention) and I would have a rug that has subtle green in it to make it more interesting and showy. Maybe I would have more big pillows and less small pillows. But that's just nitpicking and it is fabulous as it is. Excellent work!

Hey Karin! Totally crazy for that large world map and the placing of the pins in places that you all have been together! The bathroom/powder room's wall paper is off the chain! It's definitely a creative's respite with the stoic perfection of the rest of the floor! Great stuff and really glad that you thought of all of the actual functional elements of each space rather than just the aesthetic! And I can't believe I forgot to mention the outside cabinet that opens into the dining room from your kitchen sink corner cabinet space! THAT WAS THE SINGLE GREATEST ELEMENT OF IT ALL TO ME!!!!
