I love to repurpose things in my craft shed. I use oxygen tubing. I connect the ends with a piece of dowel glued in. Then I wrap with fabric, beads and charms.

I experimented with a few ways, this one was by far the easiest. I did have another idea to omit the glue along the fold line, just hand stitch OR machine stitch it down and then you are good to go. If you dont do something to keep it stable it's kinda wonky. Thanks for watching! 💛

I am in rural Australia so I was brain storming as to alternatives for different supplies that may notg be easily available here and wondered if cotton sash cord for vintage windows could work in place of the fibre flex, and double sided quilters tape? Would they work? I already have them in my stash on the farm too ;)
