The rainy season in our country is not the same in all islands. Here in North Luzon including Manila rain is seldom already by this month of February but it is raining time in the South, from southern Luzon down to Visayas and Mindanao. But when it rains it is only about half hour usually then comes sunshine.

Hey Mr Islander, yes completely right (in terms of the time it rains) Its a heavy downpour but a short one. We did feel more humidity down south than we did towards Manila. booking online is more expensive especially if you're using credit cards for payments, plus the processing fees. if you're not in a hurry, booking at the port is much cheaper but better do it in advance.

Siargao and Camiguin are also good islands to visit. You should also go to Surigao del sur for the enchanted river and tinuyan waterfalls.
