Ahh I just keep goi mg back and forth on the Danielle noelle decks. I loooove her artwork, but the whole starseed concept is further down the woo path than I’ve gone so far 🤣🤣 I really enjoy all of your videos where you combine or reorganize decks. It always inspires me to think outside of the box.

I like the Starseed idea, but I'm with you, sometimes it's a little much for me. With the oracles, I find if you focus more on the imagery than the text on the cards, you can uncover a bit of grounded energy beneath them. I'm not gonna do anything like this, but I enjoyed watching your process and hearing your thoughts on the cards! I really enjoy seeing people go through decks and talk about their thoughts on the cards, especially if I already have it and I'm looking for some more insight, rather than just checking to see if I want a deck. I like to see how other people use there cards and see what really resonated with me and what is like a definite "nope that's not for me," and even though I am not eliminating cards, it was fun in my head to think of which of a grouping I wouid keep or get rid of. (A few times I noticed it was defintly the opposite of your choice! Lol).. it's just kind of cool to see someone else's take, outside of my own thoughts which seem to obvious to me but then someone else sees something complety different

Another name could be the Starlight oracle!!! A friend has the deck which is good enough for me - there was something too fluffy about the oracle for me even though it has the 'darker' cards. But I still enjoyed this vid and how you blended them!!

Also it's cool you didnt have to modify them or anything so you can switch out as you said you may want to do, or return them to normal if you wanted... you could curate this multiple times if you wanted and just use them in whatever combination you want, very flexible.

Watched your sorting and agree that you have made a good selection for a stand-alone deck. Loved the "Sisterhood of the Rose" that came up at the end, especially as there were so many people with similar thoughts about the two decks! I think the booklets are great on their own for understanding different concepts but the actual words on the linked cards don't seem to follow through with the ideas in the books. There were times that I glimpsed what the authors were intending with a particular card but I felt there was no clear definition of different dimensions (Is this 3rd, 4th, 5th or even a higher dimension?) So their messages became confused and were apparently duplicated. My plan is to work with each deck separately. I think I might cover the text with sticky labels and see what comes up intuitively. The Starchild Tarot has been on my Wish List for a long time and I am hoping that it will be out on mass publishing as that is the only way that I will be able to get a copy. I was also grateful that you mentioned the Yogic Path cards which are available locally. Many thanks for taking the time to video your sorting. It helped us understand your needs and your thinking.

For spring I am using both of Denise Linn's cards - Sacred Traveler and Gateway Oracle. Also using Guardian Angel, Hedgewick botanical, roots & wings. Glad you mentioned Nature Whispers as I think that deck is underrated.

Just yesterday I was looking at these decks in my shelf and wondering: how would they work as one big oracle? I agree, they are repetitive (I started noticing it when I drew both Soul Family and Council of Light in the same reading), but if I ignore the bottoms and work by the image and titles, I can find enough to juice them up differently. Watching your process and hearing your thoughts is so wonderful, I know I'll be rewatching this one haha 💖

I did the exact same thing! Got rid of cards I didn't like and picked my favorite of repetitive energies and then gave the deck of extras to a friend. I love using these decks together as a personalized whole.

Gosh, I get frustrated when I buy a deck and a lot of the cards have the same message. I have this issue with Goddess Love and Goddess Dream oracles but I really love the art so you’ve inspired a re-working of decks that don’t resonate or repetitive.

I think I would have chopped the bottoms and use the double deck intuitively. But I don't have these. I recently got the Starseed Tarot in a trade, and I am surprised by how much I like it! I always loved Moonchild and thought Starseed would be too "girly"? But it's just different. So now I have a bit more appreciation for the artwork itself. Still, more oracles??🤦‍♀️

I love this artist and have all her decks. But with these oracles the art is really what carries them the words\guide book seem like the author was running out of ideas,.... yet the box has the artist name so tiny on it !!!

I removed a few cards from work your light that I just couldn't with. I do want starseed, but I fully intend to combine them after I remove cards. I find that lightworker decks are just apparently not my thing. I am going to have to start researching card creators more before I buy things. Sometimes I get a deck and the guidebook is basically useless. I read work your light intutivly with just the artwork and I love it that way. I was contemplating chopping the titles off but the back is so pretty. I just ignore them. I recently bought the Isis oracle hoping for some cool Egyptian cards and it's all lightworker. Sigh. Maybe I'll just make my own meanings. I don't know what it is about lightworkers specifically but it's sooo unbelievably woo-y and off-putting to me. I really can't quite put my finger on the issue.

@@DawnMichelleTarot I was interested to see someone doing a similar thing to what I've planned to do. I may yet go through and give some cards my own meanings from the ones I've pulled but it's still a work in progress. I want a good basis I'm happy with before I start trying to rework meanings.
