Nice owner for allowing you to film the preparation as well. Maybe one day, I will be able to go there and try that wonderful looking food!

Banana as natural coagulant and sweetener. Most clever
Yep. He's wild alright! The way he chops carrots and adds bananas to his soup base.

the food is mouthwatering🤤 the chef is amazing, he also cleans as he cooks so there's less mess to take care of. they really are neat when it comes to their work but also on keeping their workshop on top condition
Very good, informative video, but would be nice to know ingredients, as chief put them during cooking and making the dish together. But very detailed. Thank you.

C'est courant de mettre des fruits comme des pommes et des poires dans un curry japonais ! Et la banane (surtout bien mûre) fait aussi partie des fruits sympas à mettre parce qu'en plus du sucre, ça épaissit le curry !
