10:00 Does the 3-hexanol molecule have also dipole-dipole attraction forces just as the 3-hexanone or it's just the hydrogen bonding present? - why?

Only H-bonding between O-H for the alcohol group. Only dipole-dipole bettwen O-C for the keytone group. Note: all molecules have weak-strong LDFs.

so what if we have had hexane and instead of 3-hexanone it was 3-pentanone? what would have the higher boiling point between hexand and 3-pentanone
