Is there a min temp when not to fly?

Helicopter manual states that minimum temperature for the helicopter is -45°C. There is however some devices and for example battery which have to be warmer all the time. This is not an issue because we always start from warm carage. And in very vold weather we can run the engines in idle to keep the system warm.
