Boiling water thrown in SLOW MOTION and -50f temps at sunrise

Did you ever wonder what happens when you take a cup of boiling water and throw it in the air when the temperature is extremely cold? I'm not sure what it is called, maybe sublimation? Anyway, it is pretty neat to watch in super slow motion from an iPhone xsmax. Also, this is the only non-footbag video on this site, I thought it was applicable, as I can't be expected to be filming outdoors in this kind of weather.
