Ngl this episode hit me hard. I felt the same way bojack felt about a lot of people. This show helped me get sober and it still makes me cry during some parts if I reward it. I felt like I ruined their lives and wasted their time being with them so I'd withdraw and isolate. Id turn people away.

Also Bojack was right that it would be better for the both of them to split. I do think he loves her as a friend, but doesn’t appreciate her. She can do wonders for him and yet they’re toxic together. Plus it’s clear Ana has an influence in this, it is what it is. Lol Bojack is frustrating. And doesn’t like the mirror his friends hold up to him.

I think this is the second time (out of 2 times) where I'm 100% on Bojacks side. PC used Bojack to try to prove to Ana and herself what an amazing agent she is while trying to screw over Vanessa Gecko. It resulted in Bojack not getting the Pegasus role, but much more importantly: It ruined any chance of him working with Kelsey again. The one woman he worked with who he didn't try anything with btw to answer PCs rhetorical question. Kelsey feeling betrayed, someone who he both subconsciously sees as a mother figure (see season 2) and who reminds him of Herb, is just something Bojack can't stand. So PC has to go. Yes, Bojack owes PC. No, that doesn't mean he should let himself keep hostage professionally.

I agree with his decision, but not because I’m on his side. PC screwed up, but that pales in comparison to the number of times he screwed up and she always stood by him. He was a drag for her both professionally and personally. She needed someone to cut the cord so that she could move on.
