Seems like a nice budget friendly knife.... Especially after looking at the prices of the esee knives... hard to justify the price of them

Stainless steel doesn't spark ??? My Mora Light My Fire has a SS blade and throw's spark's just fine off a ferro rod.. .. .. .. Glass, porcelain, rock will all throw spark's off a ferro rod

Na Kane said the rounded edge doesn't throw a spark. I have 6 mora light my fires and Kane has 2 as well. So we know ss throws a spark. But a rounded, dressed edge doesn't and that's what this knife has. It's an easy fix though. Grind it back a little bit and make a 90deg portion. Thanks for watching

Sorry if I miss heard - lotsa back ground children noise & Im half deaf. I have heard lots of people say SS won't throw a spark - mostly opinionated yank's who can't grow a real bread - Thanks for the Aussie take on some popular knives.

+David B Lowe haha that's alright mate. I have heard it doesn't throw as well. I think carbon is slightly better. But that may just be that my carbon knives I can get really sharp on the spine. And have spent more time getting the 90 degree potion sharp. So no scientific tests haha. You are Australian ? Awesome. Where from mate ? We are trying to build up the Aussie audience and make some good vids for us to watch. We both have kids too so we understand that haha

Currently living in North East Vic - big change from the South West Vic coast were I spent most of my life and having lived by the ocean has tainted me towards SS knives. I find SS holds an edge longer but Carbon is easier to get super sharp. How about we send a good ol' bit of Red Gum or Iron Bark to some of the USA reviewer's and see how they go with some good Aussie HARD WOOD. HAHAHA.. ..

One of my Favourite review's is :- NEW 2016 Schrade SCHF 52M field review by Kullcraven Bushcraft because he actually built's something instead of just going through the motions of chop, feather stick, baton etc, good set of skill's to have but by the time you see 6 different people do the same thing - yawn - and our bush is just so different to the northern hemisphere, our wood just dulls knife edge's so quick.
