Love this knife! It’s my first automatic and I couldn’t be happier with the build quality at this price point. I got the tanto blade and it’s D2 as well - seems to be as nice as the version you have here. Definitely recommend this knife in all aspects!

I was on the fence until I watched this. I had the black one already that a friend gave me, but this is hands down better. The safety is tighter and there’s absolutely no play anywhere. You are dead on about the color being everything. Awesome. For 64 bucks from Blade HQ and a really nice zip carry case that came with it, I couldn’t be happier. I have $350 MichroTech’s that I don’t like as much as this one. No joke. Thanks again Man!

Im gonna have to swap to tip up when i get one of these, i dont like autos not being against the pants seam. Not a huge deal with the safety but im glad they milled it for tip up.

awesome Knife! i stumbled across on this tonite on a research about my former Gerber 30-000850 06 AUTOMATIC - 3.80" Black Combo Edge Tanto Point CPM-S30V Blade - Anodized Aluminum Handle knife, which was seized by the german cops last december...LOL. it was only 2mm too large for german laws. i was at the judge and was sentenced to pay an 450 Euro fine. So this is now my new baby, but also with the Droppoint Blade (for 80 Euros incl. shipping). Why? Because my former Gerber knife has that Tanto Combo Blade, which i didnt liked that much in practical using, and sharpening it again later on. Now i am happy like its 3 days before christmas, and i cant wait until it arrives here finally. Thank you very much for this cool unboxing. Cheers^^ ..and yes..the colors, the colors ❤ tan, OD and black, you´ve forgot the black color, Tri-Color, this mixture made it..yes....LOL

Knife just arrived. Its an D2 steele, slightly smaller than expected..ok, my brain still remembers the Gerber ;-) ..but i love it^^

@knivesgadgetsmore I ended up disassembling and made an adjustment. The safety is held in either position by a small ball bearing. I adjusted the piece holding the bearing and it now engages well

I had a bad experience with my Strike. Safety broke within a week. My opinion is it is overseas made garbage.

Warranty? Böker Knifes is an german Company, but they manufacture in Taiwan, same as Gerber Knifes in the meanwhile -.-

Gerber at least has quality control. When my replacement arrived blade was off center, action was different and safety was weak, Like I said the Strike is overseas made junk. Just my opinion but I wasted $60 on garbage. I wouldn't trust this knife at all. @@ironblader
