A few players have summed it up, but is also like people don't actually watch full games. He doesn't get minutes is an old narrative and at this point is stupid because we should know why now. He started more than 30 games for orlando and did NOT get markedly better as the season went on. He played himself off the roster. He is very inconsistent for two reasons. 1. He is lazy 2. He has low basketball I.Q when it comes to team concepts offensively and defensively and actually individually as well. His game is strictly physical tools. Bol is like a great athlete at quarterback that does not know how to read defenses and is too lazy to watch film and do drills to really enhance his natural ability. He will keep getting picked up because of the raw potential and every coach will think they will be the genius to get him to buy in fully so his full potential can be unlock. The first step in being great after being blessed physically is actually having a true internal desire to be great. Greatness can't just be based on talent and external motivation.
