And that's what Hope was mad about. She thought that now that the truth has come out Steffy would disown Thomas and have nothing to do with him. But that didn't happen. She still stands by her brother no matter what. I don't know why Hope is so angry. I'm sure, if the roles were reversed and it was the other way around, Hope would've stood by Rick. She would've given the same defence as Steffy. He's my brother. When Rick stole Eric's entire collection and gave it to Jackie M, the entire Forrester family stood by Rick. Eric, Brooke, Donna, Katie, all of them brushed it off and acted like it didn't happen. But Thomas does something and everyone is being judgmental and pointing fingers at him. Where was all of this when Rick faked being paralyzed and when he edited the podcast to make it look like he was the reason for Forrester's success. No one found anything was wrong with that.

What does Hope have to do with the his scenerio. Absolutely nothing. Hope was right Steffy is an adult. My parents divorced when I was young. I was very upset as a child, but grew up and as an adult didn't feel abandoned because my parents were divorced. Both parents were there for me until my Dad died. Steffy is acting like a child, not an adult. Hope is younger, but has been much more mature in the storyline.

Whatever point of view you have probably depends on how long you have watched the show and if you know the history of all the characters. Lets face it they are all very flawed, they all have good and bad traits. Just enjoy it all they amp all the emotions up 90% more than it would ever be in real life to keep the drama going. Honestly though this show was so much better in the early years, better storylines, better characterizations. After about 2000 it really did start to go a bit too silly for me. i think they made a big mistake after Stephanie died in that they should have made Brooke (who I was never a great fan of) into the matriarchal figure of the family instead they had her go straight into the arms of Bill. A missed opportunity for the character and for KKL to explore another side to Brooke and as Stephanie had asked for her to become a better woman than Stephanie hsd been. The depth of the stories has deteriorated to just bedhopping tales.

Brooke letting her son Rick seduce Ridge's daughter Steffy, despite Rick having KILLED Ridge's other daughter Phoebe, wasn't a lie. Ridge had many reasons to leave and he should have left Brooke for ever. Stephanie SR and Thomas lied, but it does not wipe out or excuse the rest!
