That is what made me wonder too. Okay, that incident (ONS) has happened more than a month ago, but if you just heard that one or your sons had drunk sex with the wife of your other son, would you really be able to just get over that in an instant? When Stephanie had learned about it, it took her a while to move on from that and to not make remarks to Caroline. Eric hears about it and then meets Ridge and only cares about business matters (fashion). No word ever to his son about that "prank"?

Stephanie gaslit Caroline into believing Ridge was not at fault, Caroline blamed herself and bc she was in such denial over her love for Ridge that she found excuses to argue what he did was not rape and tha the aggressor was her. Stephanie did that for her not to tell on the open about it and to protect Ridge from Thorn. Eric is going by what Stephanie is saying to him and making him think it was both their fault for drinking too much, that's why he isn't making a huge deal about this, Stephanie is not telling Eric that Ridge practically took advantage of Caroline to protect her son.

Not like we are meant to know the nitty-gritty of his contract. For ease of argument, let's just say that he is in the service of creating designs for his employer and it is THEIR property - punto final. The conditions are that he works from the beach, his home, the mall, by his gynecologist, in a Starbucks or on a train... just get the job done. If Clarke is not doing a good job, like a responsible employer, the Forresters would pull him up accordingly. What about the designs he submits that they decide not to use? Do they get sent through the shredder or "returned to sender"? From this very basic perspective, he is completely out of hand and had no place to behave in the way that he did, make demands that they are not to use his design and whatever cry-baby stuff that made him doodle in his pink fluffy panties - the kind with a bow on top.
