ITA. With Ridge, that is quite the usual behavior. No sensitivity, when he cheated on her before their wedding. No sensitivity, when he tried to cheat on her with her then "best" friend/ confidante. No sensitivity, when he pulled his prank (and had sex with his younger brother's wife in Thorne's bed, when Thorne could have come back any time). Why expect sensitivity from Ridge? I can get Caroline being surprised by people who act different than they have done behavior/ different to what they have claimed to be: - eg. Brooke betraying her trust - her father who isn't really the spokesperson for moral but a business man (putting out magazines with not so much moral content/ pictures)).

So the show is almost two years old at this point, and I realize that a lot of secrets haven't been revealed. The Clarke-Stephanie kiss has not been uncovered. I don't think Eric knows that Stephanie knew Beth was her rival. Ridge doesn't know Beth was his mother's rival or anything about Brooke's involvement in that. Stephanie and Eric effectively covered up Thorne shooting Ridge, but made the mistake of talking about it REPEATEDLY in front of "Angela." And, Margot and Storm have kept Mark's paternity a secret. And Bill has no idea that his protegee is actually named Donna Logan.
