Clarke tries to convince Julie that it would be best for him to stay married to Sally and still see Julie on the side. This way, he would have a lot of money, but Julie begins to feel insecure. Ridge shocks Felicia by telling her that Eric and Brooke are together.

Ridge cant blame Stephanie, Ridge and Brooke had already done the deed on the floor of the lab before Stephanie manipulated the situation. Stephanie shouldn't have interfered but we all know that Ridge and Brooke would have continued their affair even without Stephanie's involvement. Brooke should never have got involved with Eric. She used Eric to hurt Stephanie and to stay close to Ridge. She wanted wealth and stability and she didn't care which man she had to sleep with to get it.

Clarke and Sally would have both been happy if it was an employee and employer relationship. If Clarke had a good salary and his own line, he would have been satisfied and Sally would have gotten the profits.

Because Sally wants a man by force. Clarke was a prop and he knows it that’s why he’s cheating with Julie. This is not a real relationship lol I do not feel bad for her. They are helping each other. Macy is looking out for her mother. Regardless of the mess that is her own personal life, she is 100% right to do that. There is no comparison between what Macy did and what Clarke is doing. Macy had an emotional affair but in the end puts a stop to it and recommits to her husband. Clarke has a live-in mistress AND is planning to get his hands on half of what Sally owns and then dump her (and his son). Clarke is not just a cheating husband - he's a con man preying on Sally. What kind of a daughter would Macy be if she DIDN'T try to stop him?

@@annieo6527 not a con man.. they had a prenuptial agreement that had he stayed married with Sally for 2 years he will own 50% ( i think). It was a business agreement , but of course it requires for Clarke to stay loyal and also perform his marital duties as well

@@greggel exactly - the prenuptial agreement requires Clarke to be faithful for two years. He's already broken the agreement and is still trying to walk away with half the company by pretending that he's still honoring his part of the agreement. Thus, he is conning Sally.

Stephanie was so cruel in what she did, but Brooke and Ridge have to take some blame also. They were so hungry for one another it didn't take much for them to jump in the sack. Brooke claims all along she loves Eric, why not confront him about the so called letter? My husband left me on good term all lovey dovey to go on a business trip, and his ex wife gets a love letter from him? No, I have to get to the bottom of this before anything happens

Exactly, that would be the very first thing I would mention (he did have car accident) but why was Brooke crying in the shower? Just tell your husband Stephanie showed you the letter. So stupid.

@@rosamariann or calculating. Both Ridge and Brooke didn’t really want to know about the letter and that’s why they didn’t explore things before they went To Big Bear. Afterwards, Brooke just wanted to end things quickly. I don’t like the way this was handled, but alas it’s a soap and the writers were going for dramatic flair I guess.

Yes but this situation is anything but normal. Eric being the older, wiser more “mature” person should never have pursued his son’s ex-fiancé, especially when she was still reeling from Ridge leaving her and to top it off she was the daughter of his college sweetheart and the woman he was going to marry year before. Which would be counterproductive, when BRIDGE still hope that Eric might turn back to his ex-wife Stephanie (and so agreeing to the divorce).
