First time I'm watching the KZbin version. The podcast version was corrupted and cut off at about the 4-minute mark, at least with my download (and looks like others had this happen too). Nice to see the faces behind the voices though! And the charts. Happy 2025!

My prediction is prices will increase and people will continue to make purchases on things they don’t need. Their debt will increase and for some, it will financially destroy them. Interest rate for mortgages will have a long pause at the current rate. I enjoy your content and look forward to the upcoming year, 2025.
