For parents like Julius is one reason why Transgenders and Kids coming out take their life, because they feel abandoned by their parents, they feel no one would understand them, they feel lonely, left alone in their own, they feel miss led. This is definitely a tough story. One I can semi-relate to because both of my children are questioning themselves right now. I have a 30 year old daughter and a 16 year-old son both of them think they identify as the opposite gender that they were born. No actual decisions have been made And that’s all I’m gonna get into as far as their story because that’s exactly what it is ,their story and I maybe shouldn’t have even said as much as that, but I just wanted to say as a parent even if it’s not what we wanted for them , they’re still our children. Their lives might end up being tough enough as it is without the level of ignorance that Julius is showing . I understand it’s hard to accept. I won’t lie and say that I’m jumping for joy but they’re still my children and I love them no matter what. I’ve always said to them that just like they want acceptance and understanding they also have to see the parts of where I am hurting. But I told them while it might take time, we will get through it together. I would never turn my back on them or call them a freak. As I said, their lives are gonna be hard enough they just wanna be themselves. They just wanna find love and acceptance . And I think seeing this reminded me of that ❤️
