There is nothing wrong with Brooke's reaction. Actually she has the more healthier one. Consider this Bridget knows the whole history between her mother and Ridge. She has given her many tissues to wipe her mothers tears and now because she finds out that he is not her brother its ok to get involved with him. That's disgusting. I remember when bridget got shot and Ridge was holding her little hand in the hospital and comforting Brooke. Brooke reacts this way because she has no idea of her daughters feelings for Ridge how could she. When she finds out it will be a completely different story and Ridge will snap out of it pretty quickly.

Massimo is in Mephistopheles mode again in this episode. In trying to work up Bridget , he doesn’t talk about how hard this be, he says, “After all you’ve sacrificed for the children”’- A scenario that is more likely to appeal to Bridget. Stephanie standing off to the side refusing to partake of the pro-Brooke fan is a whole mood, one I can relate to.

As they said "surprise!", I literally looked for Steph's reaction. Always on brand. BTW.. Here's another of Massimo's schemes to keep Brooke away from Ridge that didn't work. Enlistimg Deacon to spill the beans really made zero difference bc, once again, he doesn't take into account Ridge's pea brain and penchant for forgiving Brooke

Yes! It was the same when she married Thorne. She seemed _happier_ about Stephanie walking her down the aisle than she did about the guy she was actually marrying. It's like I've said all along - Brooke has a competitive approach to romance, and the "win" is more important to her than the love.

Massimo does not seem to care about Stephanie's or even Ridge's threats. 😏 He still keeps telling others that he is Ridge's biological father. Stephanie and Ridge won't be amused. 👿 They really should rethink it and tell Eric on their own because Massimo might just as likely tell Eric one day. Massimo has proven already that he is not willing to just be the "father" in secret while watching his son from the sidelines.
