WOW Hope is so self-centered. The minute Liam brings up Steffy and wondering what happened she starts talking about what she deserves and what she needs and instead of her leaving and letting Liam have the place to think and process his feelings, she tells him it is best for him to leave. Nevermind him driving down a mountain with the death of his child/marriage on his mind. This is unbelieveable.

Hope has always been that way and she never listens to Liam unless he's telling her he wants to be with her. She's always played mind games with Liam and has been extremely manipulative. Hope's words and actions shoikd have been a red flag for Liam "narcissist a knockin'"

I agree. When Wyatt came onto the scene, he was a breath of fresh air after the roller coaster nauseating love triangle of Hope-Liam-Steffy. By this time, we had seen Liam go to the altar or plan as such 7 times: when he first asked Hope to marry him, marrying Steffy in Aspen, trying to marry Hope before the chocolate fight, marrying Hope in Italy, almost marrying Hope again when he came to the wedding hungover and tattooed, the Italy simulation almost-wedding, when Steffy announced her pregnancy, and the motorcycle bride wedding to Steffy. I was already rolling my eyes when he declared his undying love to either of them. Anyway, Wyatt gave the story a new dynamic and gave Hope her own person to devote herself to. But in the end, they dissolved that relationship in favor of a redux of the original triangle.
