She has slept with that bad sexual Ridge whilst she is a married woman and aches for more of that. The letter is a convenient excuse to discredit Bridge. Ridge is not angry at Thorne, his brother for marrying his ex-fiance.Ridge accepted and respected Caroline's choice. Why can't Caroline respect Ridge's choice to be Brooke, Ridge told Caroline, he doesn't want to hear anything from her that will make him think negative about Brooke, that was months ago.That was a hint to us, that Ridge was or is in love with Brooke. She wanted a broader perspective of the world. She wanted experiences, adventure, excitement, to be challenged. She fell hard for Ridge's charisma and charm. Dave offered her security and protection. These did not appeal to Brooke. This does not necessarily means she wanted wealth. That the wealth is there is a bonus pt. Like I said before everyone is entitled to marry well, if they can. If it is ok for Caroline to leave Thorne as she did not feel the passion for him as she did for Ridge.. Shouldn't the same apply to Brooke. Brooke experienced passion with Ridge that she did not with Dave and she was decent enuf to let go of Dave unlike Caroline who kept Thorne as a runner up Trophy for a very long time. Yes, Caroline was nice enuf to the Logans only in so far as they are willing to be under her, adore her, put her on a pedestal. The minute they try to come to her level, she will remind them of their place and go running to Stephanie and to the Forresters.. I have a feeling Caroline would have not gotten on well with Donna given that Donna is also very2 ambitious and fiercely independent. But Caroline did not interact much with Donna as the latter was living with Mark when Caroline was with the logan. It's a shame we did not see these two women going at it..
