Because she's like every little girl every little girl no matter how much they protest or how much they say it doesn't hurt every little girl wants their daddy to love them and say that they love you and this is coming from experience me and my dad have not always had the best of relationships because of his alcoholism and so on and so forth but no matter what he's my dad I don't know I'm always going to love him for who he is I love my daddy 😊
@AngiefromOZ Жыл бұрын
@@nicolemurphy4548 respectfully, I'd like to say it's not the same for everyone, my father left when I was about 8, he remarried, had more kids and I didn't see him again until I was 18 when I went looking for him. It was too late, the damage had been done, he'd deserted me as a child, never reaching out, no birthday cards, no recognition at all, why I went looking for him I'll never know but there was nothing to salvage.

It's really disappointing how much they changed Eric's character so quickly. Up until this point he was always so straight-laced, didn't waver with other women apart from the occasional glance - even Stephanie has admitted this. Yes, there were serious problems with their marriage, but it was not due to another woman until Eric saw Beth at the party. Listening to him declare his love for Beth, that this will never change, etc., and knowing what is to come over the next 30 years is really... bad.

I'll tell you right now the reason for that: The 1988 Writers' Guild Strike. It ran from March until August, so most of what you're gonna see for the next few months is not written by Bill Bell and is gonna probably seem a little...off. I'm curious to know what the characters will look like when this all ends, and how much will have to be corrected!
@nightowlchad Жыл бұрын
When the Writer's Strike happened at the time, I spoke to Lee Philip Bell, and she told me she wasn't in the union. I wondered if she had a hand on the show? Or given ideas? It reminds me of when the head writer of Guiding Light said they killed off a character right before the strike ended and they weren't happy. When the head writer returned, the first thing they had to do is write ✍️ a funeral ⚱️ for the character

I’m wondering what Storm is going to think and say when he realizes that his father IS in fact actually alive. I know that Storm has disdain for his father because of him walking out on the family. He seems like he’s scorned the most out of the children.

@@JanessaJones777 I believe it was in 2009 when Stephen comes back after Brooke’s assault he and Storm have a conversation about how Storm was always calling him a loser and telling him to leave, that they’d be better off without him, and that’s part of the reason he took off in the first place.

I know that this is “soap opera world” but how does Steven Logan get on a plane to fly with no government issued ID. He “lost” his wallet (with ID in it) some time ago. So how can he get through Airport Security check? And I know it’s the 80’s and while security checkpoint at the airport pre-911 wasn’t a big “to do”, but they still did check and require ID before you could get on a plane.

V Comments : Brooke was completely honest with Ridge . All day along , Brooke knew it was Eric who is involved with her mom. She must be scared that her relationship will be DOOMED if he what Brooke kept for him. Firstly the letter he wrote for Caroline & secondly the man in her mom's life is Eric.

@@Donderdrammels I actually wholeheartedly agree with your statement in general terms, I think it's actually powerful and potent.However in the context of Brooke and Caroline, I vehemently disagree because Caroline had already decided to marry Thorne and the letter had no new contents that could heavily change or sway her decision.

Amen to with Eric said about Beth that she's much more human much more worth it than some of these stuff shirts that proves to me that Eric yes he might have money but that's not everything to him everything to him is family and loving people for who they are and if he didn't have any money in Beth didn't have any money I think he would still want to be with her he wouldn't care I'm so sad though that Beth and Eric never got a chance maybe one day maybe one day 😍
