Take notes everyone...Glimpses of when Thomas started his dislike and loathing of Liam. Rather people realize it or not Steffy didn't do anything wrong. So she didn't tell Liam she saw Thomas and Hope on the resort what does it matter? It's not like she was asked therefore it wasn't a outright lie. This was the beginning and turning points for Steffy, Liam, Hope and Thomas lives. Steffy slowly stopped being insecure, Liam admittedly became more in love with both and wanted both women, Thomas's rivalry with Liam manifested itself because he was aware of how much damage he was doing to his sister and Hope, Hope started to become more than notion. Liam blamed everyone else for his and Hope decisions...But no one took time to really rationalize the truth but THOMAS!

I don’t like how the show’s focus shifted towards its younger cast around this time. Even though I have read your comments about how the show died after 2002, one of its strengths was its focus on its older casts because back then we saw more than just nonstop love triangles. I also agree that the show should’ve used Thorne and Felicia more often. It’s amazing how the show started writing off characters like the ones in the Jackie M Crew just to show more of the Steffy/Liam/Hope love triangle, which pales in comparison to the Brooke/Ridge/Taylor love triangle.
