Hi Pushpa! The rope adjustment with this rope is similar to other pvc ropes… If you pull the rope from the handle(from the outside end) - you will see a plastic stopper - which can be opened and moved along the rope and locked back in place to adjust the length - I will try and make a short video of this so that it is easier to see and understand…once posted shall come back and update here 👍 Enjoy your jumps!
