I live in Kuwait, do you have an outlet here? There are many folks I can talk to to support if you want. Up front I don’t want any money, just happy to support as your product looks awesome. We have a crossrope outlet here but no real competition for that level of offering. Would be great to see your products being sold over here!

Thank you for admitting that there is no one right way to size a rope. And that you actually have to spend time skipping and then slowly modify the length based upon how you feel and your development as you skip.

You are one of the only jump rope influencers that does not only promote shorter jump ropes. I don’t like short ropes. I like longer ropes. I’m very muscular with big arms, shoulders, and back.

Well said, bro. I fully understand what you're saying because I'm starting out trying to find the right length, and a lot of people are saying shorten your rope. What you are saying in this video really makes sense to what is happening to me. 💯🤝

To me the perfect length, is the rope underneath one foot and reaching my armpit. Elbows back is the key thing!

Most helpful information. No one size fits all. Aside from the great tips on rope length is the way you handled the critique and the bit of taking the piss. You acknowledged the info, smiled at the bit of name calling to get on with what's most important to your fam. True professionalism and poise. That character alone is worthy of million plus fam. 🙏

I myself don't use one rope length when it comes to skipping.. I go super short rope length if I will just do boxer skips warmup/endurance ala Pacquiao style of skipping.. then I lengthen my rope and adjust hand positions depending on some of the sequences that I would like to incorporate if ever like Mayweather or Villoria 😃👍

Great video, I did the whole armpits thing but the rope kept slapping the floor in front of me then clashing my ankles. I cut 4 inches off and it changed the game!
@leohernandez_10 Жыл бұрын
i think the rope length still depends on the preference of the skipper. this will consider the style and the form. boxer style, this is the boss style. for releases, that would lauren's style.

Just discovered your channel a few weeks ago and you've inspired me to up my rope game. I've been skipping since I started muay thai a few years back but nothing like this - can't wait to get started in this journey with my new money rope. Question about knotting the rope after the handles: do you do it because it alters the weight distribution, to shorten instead of cutting or for some other reason?

Rushie, your the only one that I've seen that keeps his elbows back like Mayweather does, I might have to go back and change up my elbow style. Right now its more like the way Jordan keeps her elbows and arm/wrist position but of course I cannot do half the tricks she can.

agreed with you .. I’m always advised anyone who ask me about my rope length to find their own comfortable length based on their preferred style and hand positioning.. as everyone has different styles and body figures..

I think your style is spot on! I also like my elbows back. I think my rope is slightly too long after watching this but now it’s a easy fix. Using a heavy rope atm so that big slap off my mat is going to have to go. Great video Dumbo (joke he was a elephant what could fly) 😂😂😂😂

Commenting on my own bit because I forgot to say what a good way to size the rope rather than buying loads to find the right one ,then never feeling you have made the right choice.i cut dogs hair for a living and if I cut too short it cant be added on,always work backwards.
