Where are these made exactly?

BOLDR are based in Singapore, which is where their watches are designed. Their cases are made in China and the movement on this watch is Japanese. I think they are assembled in China. Most watches, especially the cases are made in China ‘the workshop of the world’ - even Swiss watches that often use off the shelf Swiss movements to call them ‘Swiss made’! The quality of this watch is excellent, so imo a good choice 👌
