People with connections inside the industry don't have to go through this process. But you stay on top Only if you are talented. I get it that alia bhatt, Ranbir kapoor, deepika, ranveer Singh got their first film easily but they are still the top actors of the industry because of their talent and their ability to make use of their connections. Sushant, aayushman khurana, bhumi pednekar, shah rukh khan, akshay kumar, pankaj tripathi, manoj bajpayee, irfan khan are outsiders and they struggled to gain entry but they managed to establish themselves and capture the attention of the audience through their talent. Shah rukh khan and amir khan are more loved compared to Salman khan and Saif Ali khan. There are so many people who had connections in the industry but couldn't stay long like sonam kapoor, imran khan, abhay deol, tushar kapoor.
