Actually there's a certain type of protein that our body needs and is found only in animals. Specially when you start getting old you need lot of proteins. Plus the amount of protein a non veg diet has in a single plate cannot be compensated with the same amount of veg protein.

90% of human beings on earth is lactose intolerant. So are cats. Ideally we should not drink milk of other species. Whatever we had in childhood from our mother is enough to sustain us a lifetime.
