The aperitivo is something you do right before dinner/lunch!! Ther could be the apericena which is as an aperitivo but is more plentiful so it became a dinner! Well… during the aperitivo you tpdrink a lot so when you arrive at dinner you should be very happy ahahaah

It is Tagliatelle, which is actually "flat egg noodles". Fettuccine is more white-ish in color with less or no egg.
