Bologna Salad

My family loves any kind of salad to make a nice hearty sandwich. And this Bologna Salad is always a favorite!

Bologna Salad
12 oz. pack of all beef bologna
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp dried minced onion
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
Instructions
Finely chop bologna in a food processor with cheese. Place in a mixing bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir until everything is well combined. Refrigerate until ready to make sandwiches.

I don't think I've ever had bologna salad before.🤔 I grew up eating bologna sandwiches and we often fried it for our sandwiches.☺️ We would put mustard on the bologna sandwich and wrap it in foil to take for lunch at school.😘 Bologna salad looks like something we would have enjoyed!😚 Thanks for sharing another great recipe!🥰

I grew up on bologna salad!!! Only we made it with dill relish and a lot of fresh minced onion. I love it!! My husband thinks it gross. Lol. Which I found funny since he will eat potted meat from a can!!😂
