Bolt Action!

I’m new to bolt action and don’t have much terrain yet. How do you make your hedgerows? And do you have any other suggestions for terrain?

Grab a welcome/door mat and cut it up for really easy crop fields. I used cut pieces of doormat and glued them to foot long paint sticks. Sprayed them green and glued clump foliage to them. Really easy to make and cheap!

while we all appreciate and like having cool or interesting Battle Reports to watch, i HAVE to say it... why on EARTH are you making a "How To Play Bolt Action" when you made such a huge mistake and mixing up rules from different games? id assume the person thats trying to teach me a game should KNOW the game VERY WELL and knows it well enough to CORRECTLY TEACH NEW PPL, again im new and still enjoyed watching this but i was dissappointed knowing that right from the get go that this was going to be a dirty messy Tutorial because idk what info is going to be correct or not esp when youre telling us that you got things mixed up new players wont know what to discern which is the right info and which is the wrong info

Well it’s one of those things that you can’t undo. These reports take a lot of time. And afterwards you have to look at it and say, “did we just waste all that time?” So I admit that mistakes were made and move on. And it starts with me. I play with my son and we play a lot of different games. It just is what it is.

Yeah to each their own. Large games don't appeal to me that much. I've more and more taking a liking to skirmish style games that are shorter on time.
