That’s an amazing bike for the price. Great for people who are on a budget and wanted long range. It’s cheaper than a $1,899 Wildeway FW11S and cheaper than a $1,350 Amazon Bafang conversion kit. I would be a bit worried if the Jansno X70 were to go back up to the original price of $2,999.

I bought an X50 just recently and bought the 17amp battery as well for a total of 39.79 miles of range with both batteries(17amp and the 14amp, 31amp total), just swapping them out in literally the worst conditions possible, start and go downtown traffic(a real battery killer), full throttle into a 30mph headwind. etc. So this with another 3amps of battery you're probably looking at a minimum of 45 miles torturing the batteries like I did. If you click on my name you can see the videos. If this bike had the same colors as the X50 I would have bought this bike. Hate the color too much. I'll take having to take the 14amp in a backpack. It's a great commuter bike. Just bought some CST Big boat street tires which both these bikes sorely need. May put them on this weekend. Pro Tip: go into the settings to P14 and change the max amps to 22, wakes the bike up a bit.

I have the x50 with about 1500 miles. Still works like day 1, love it. Customer support was amazing when i needed them for a new fork when i first got it. They sent a bunch of stuff for free with it. That's a nice piece of mind when it comes to these cheap bikes.

I really like that key set up. If you pull your battery from your car, you need tools. As far as the throttle lock, I think that's grea. Bikes are stolen I mean, every second.I just can't believe it. Unfortunately, I lost my apartment in the COVID craze and I have been staying in my Van which now is broken down so if you are allowed to sell the bikes after you test them, or better yet give them away, I'm your guy. for $40 you can get a set of hydraulic brakes, anything is better than mechanical. that price point is good even if you have to upgrade the brakes
@neverbnormal69754 ай бұрын
I have this bike, I'm 6'1 250lb and if you are planning on pedaling a lot you might want to look elsewhere. If I keep it in pedal assist 1-2 i can get around 55-60 miles. If you ride the throttle a lot its around a 30 mile range. Look up Philodo bikes for something better in my opinion. I've put over 400 miles on this bike and the seat is not sufficient for me, I've been desperately looking up a seat replacement. Its too narrow for me. Wish I would have just went for the Philodo Jumbo or the H8. They would also be a lot easier to upgrade accessories wise, only found a good front fork dry bag for mine so far, would like to put a basket on back but haven't figured out anything that would fit easily. I don't regret it as it will do the job but it wont take hills like I'd like and the seat can be torture if you ride over 30 miles a day.

I have a trike from Addmotor the M-340. I had this now for little over two years. It was 3500 dollars when I got it, I don’t know what the cost is now. Everything on this trike has been replaced. It is a front wheel drive and I am now on my 6 tire, the two back tires is my third set. I have no brakes they just won’t last. The battery that came with it died in less than a year. I have two batteries not for Addmotor. I love this trike it’s been a God sent. Both my feet have been amputated, I do use prosthetics but still have difficulty walking. I used a wheelchair and a walker to get around, this ebike has taken me places where my wheelchair and walker couldn’t. I just can’t afford to pay for parts all the time. You talk about buying an ebike for 800 dollars, that’s just about the price of a battery from Addmotor. I don’t remember how many brake parts I bought, I don’t know where to get the right ones and will I be able to pay the price

@Wize8178 ай бұрын
@@robertstrong729 Well if you just looking for range, but honestly theres a lot more to consider. Newbies always put battery size as their #1 or 2 buying factor. I think its a mistake UNLESS you're going to use for DAILY COMMUTING OR Delivery! Theres so many other factors, even with high range 30+miles, if that seat aint PERFECT which most arent, your butt is gonna be numb or worse after the first 20 min let alone 30! 😅 Comfort and handling to me are EVERYTHING. So glad I got one with FULL Suspension AND a GREAT SEAT, even so I never go more than 15 min, without getting off to rest my rear and I'm only 170lbs. My best advice go test ride a few similar styles at ebike shop for at least 20 min ride, then you'll KNOW what I'm talking about 🤔 Lastly I'll say Jansno quality is nowhere near the Burchda, but heard Jansno has great seats, but MOST moped styles DONT! Literally sat on a bunch, hard as a board, so I prefer adjustable swappable bike seat. Also Burchda rides like a motorcycle because suspension is so good, I believe it like mine does. However Burchda are BIG bikes, big difference from a 20" vs 26" ebike, gotta test ride! 👍

@@Wize817 I know what you mean. I entered the market with a magicycle commuter and well, the sore bottom and arms are true. I rode one at the bike shop that had the swept back handle bars and that is so nice. It did not have front suspension but I'd like swept back or toward that and the suspension. Yes, one thing I have not done is ridden a "moped" style seat. I'd prefer too to be able to swap the seat out. Many variables for sure.
@Wize8178 ай бұрын
@@robertstrong729 For Moped style test ride a few just to know the seat comfort. Those seats are make or break for me as they usually are horrible no matter the price. The kids riding dont care but they know they're bad. Good news is some have a quick 6 bolt removal, but few if any have any universal pattern. *Look for ebikes that HIGHLIGHT the seat! Memory foam is a Must. I will say the Raev Bullet has a comfy long seat like a old Honda motorcycle, but I found it too low for pedalling and front shocks too squishy, but power to climb hills was great. Jansno brags about their seats so I give them credit for that, but never sat on one. Himiways moped has a unique seat, very comfy compared to avg ebike seats, a bit wide tho so cant really pedal! 😅*Lastly I'll give you the best bang for the buck foldable with a unique adjustable seat, checkout the Cycknight. Good luck 👍

Dang you got smoked by those kids, left in the dust! 💨😅 Jansno is decent bang for the buck but boy do they cut corners! Steel frames instead of aluminum or alloy and very sloppy welds (esp. on x50) and that awful lemon yellow color?! 🍋They delayed this ebike coming out for over a year after I asked about it. They just milked the sales of X50 and still used the cheapo forks and shock on the X70. The dual battery add was nice and expected, BUT from what I hear you cant just use 1 battery at a time, you have to have BOTH attached even tho you only draining 1 battery!? 😆Thus you're carrying extra weight you may not need and a 90lbs ebike is VERY HEAVY compared to a 60-70lb folding ebike that goes just as fast for 25 miles. They also still using the smallest and cheapest low end speed control display! So basically they only upgraded to dual battery and mag wheels for a heavier bike with the X70.
