Hero must be either Pat or Ocyn and must be placed in the water. Must bring Monkey Sub and Buccaneer. Third tower can only* be placed on Carrier Flagship so choose wisely. *Ice Monkey can be placed BUT they can't get pops unless they are on the water (So you can place an arctic wind on land, place two arctic winds on water, sell the one on land before they get pops). Bonus Challenge: Play on ONLY COBRA Command, Off-Tide, Sun Palace, Up On The Roof, or Banana Depot to get extra Baller points, but only in ZOMG Clan or Ranked HoM ;)

Always curious how many lives/games you lose from the all the extra time you spend on moving your tower 1mm around in an open space. Especially in games where it didn’t matter or towers like a sniper.

I can't see that being more than an extremely trivial problem. Auto-bloon sending is a thing, and he's rarely spending more than a few seconds at a time multiple times per match getting the pp placement. Also like you can see an opponent rushing you/ how far the bloons are on the screen, and temporarily stop trying to pp place everything so that you can defend. So I'd say the answer is pretty close to 0%.
