1 Vs 5 is for chemical potential verses S where 2 Vs 5 is for Temperature verses S plot. as i have changed 1 to 2 at 8:38 (min:sec time) in the video for getting temperature verses seebeck coefficient, You can also plot all the graphs from case.traces file. using origin and word. traces file contains the all the calculated results from boltztrap.

Dears, I want to calculate thermoelectric properties (Seebeck Vs Temperature) via BoltzTrap code (Wien2K). I have downloaded the data from case.traces file after running all steps. When I see under data column containing Temperature data (K), i.e., 100, 110, 120, 130.................500. After max temperature which is set as 500 (K), the Temperature values (under temp.column) again repeat many times from 100 (K) to 500 (K). Please guide me which slot (group) of Temperature values should I choose to draw Seebeck Vs Temp.

Study user manual of btp2 ( boltztrap) there u will find the details about columns of temperature Seebeck etc. And for plotting use the .traces file that contains all the columns use origin for graphs plotting.

Seebeck coefficient of ZnO is negative value in experimental data. In your video, EF is 0.26. @7:50 you show S vs chemical potential and l look S around 0.26 is positive value. I also have problem like this. Can you explain what happen?
