Reyt enjoyed the vid pal, once again well done. I live in Rotherham, so down in Retford every other week, only half hour. Everything seems method now, which i do do a lot of if I’m honest, but this is old school..takes mi back to the dam many many years ago. 👍🏻

I've always had confidence in a short paternoster. I use the feeder links, I just feel you get better bite registration.

If it's deep ,, wouldn't the fish rise up to feed ,and you still want to catch them on bottom , isn't it defeating the object

They would come up but due to the Long Hooklength you catch them on the drop
