1. Yeah you can die in the Endor bunker. 2.Geonosis top command post there's a dark hole you jump in it you'll die. 3. Space If you land your Starfighter halfway in the Hanger door you can get your character on the outside of the ship and thay die unless you have invincibility cheat on I think. 4. On the Tantive IV your die in the engine room if you walk through the beam. 5. Polis Massa if you go outside as a non-droid you die. 6.Mustafar the landing platform command point has like two vents towards the doors if you walk on Mustafar if a you wook on them you start to lose health.

I once got blown up by a grenade thrown by an ally that was another player on the Mygeeto map during Galactic Conquest. It turns out that though the other player hadn't seen me get next to the enemy AAT(to slice it), he managed to throw the grenade right next to my character. I had just enough time to say something like "Oh-no" before the grenade detonated. I have also gotten trapped & cut down by players controlling Darth Maul multiple times in the same match. Same with players controlling Mace Windu for some reason. Another way to die is by getting run into by a vehicular tank.

You probably already know, but you can turn friendly fire off. Also, my favorite way to die in Battlefront 2 is Chewbacca getting stuck in the front of the skiff. Look up Chewbacca glitch.
