Feather blades are on another level they're sharpest out there if you want close baby smooth shave in one or 2 pass then you should go with feather but for beginners it's very agressive.

I recently brought this razor. Mild razor and works really well. Worth the price ! But I personally didn't like their shaving cream. Its not a regular blade bro, the feather blades, its one of the finest and sharpest blade available in the market where you can get 5 to 6 shaves easily, rest of the blades at the max you can get 3 good shaves. After the second pass I got a good BBS shave. Welcome to the world of Wet shaving !

The razor is really very good but I am yet to test those blade and compare it with others. And this is the first time I am using an old school razor.

@@unewaljay Wet shaving is best one ! If your a every day shaver then try Edwin Jagger DE89 or Merkur 34C DE razors both are damn good for beginners. Get a good cream / soap and a good brush and you will fall in love with wet shaving !

@Arnav Arya Hi, All the three give same performance. If your a beginner I would suggest you to go with Edwin Jagger DE89 very mild one and u will never get the skin irritation and my second choice is merkur 34C and third one is Muhle R89 and fourth option is Bombay shaving kit. If u still wish to go with Bombay Shaving razor I bet you will never feel regret. It's also a good razor. I personally love this Indian razor so much..gives me a good shave.. I never tried Parker variant so far. But I heard some good reviews too. Razors should be chosen based on the type of skin and usage and on mild razor or agrresive razor. I fell in love with Merkur Futur and I brought one from germany but I didn't suit my skin and even in setting one I get razor burn . the razor is too aggressive even in setting one . Then I understood that it's not my razor and it's just lying in my cup board. But all the mentioned 4 razors are really good one and I have all the 4 in my collections and using them regularly. Choose the design you like. Interns of fit and finish Bombay razor is not so good. Edwin finish will stun you..very nice finish

Astra blades are almost as sharp as Feather and cheaper too. For people with tough beard it's recommended

Sirf naam ka aggressive hai Maine use kiya. Jada beard hone pe yeah clear cut shaving nhi kar pata hai usme rajor atakta hai. Because blade ka edges wo ander k taraf hai aggressive head me v... Not effective

Exactly, but I use a trimmer without comb to remove the long hairs and then use this razor for clean shave. Actually if you remove the bottom par of the head then you can shave without trimming, but that trick is very dangerous as the blade won't stay stable.

@@unewaljay yes jada tilt karne pe shave thik thak mil sakta hai. Trimmer use karne k baad may be thik thak clear shave mile... But although it is not effective.. Pearl shaving razor is more effective
